Trade talks are starting up again .

on a deal that will end the trade war that has seen the world's largest
economies impose tariffs of $360 billion on each other's goods,
Bloomberg says. China's top trade negotiator, Vice Premier Liu He, will
be in the US next week.
The 10-year yield touches a 15-month low.
The benchmark yield fell more than 7 basis points to 2.35% early
Wednesday, hitting its lowest level since December 2017. However, the
yield curve steepened, with the 2-10-year spread up 2.7 bps at 18.5 bps.
Wall Street bonuses plunged in 2018 .
The average Wall Street bonus fell by 17% to $153,700 in 2018, in part
due to changes to the federal tax code that caused some payments to be
made in December 2017 rather than January 2018, according to the Office
of the New York State Comptroller.

On April 4, Elon Musk's lawyers and the Securities and Exchange
Commission will give oral arguments on whether Tesla's CEO should be
